Emergency roadside service claims are limited to one (1) within the first 30 days from the membership start date. Chevron Auto Club® will automatically bill your credit card depending on your choice of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual payment. Your membership will be automatically renewed and the membership fee will be billed to your credit card without you having to do anything further for a long as you wish to remain as a member. You may cancel at any time and receive a refund of the unused portion of the prepaid dues calculated on a pro rate basis over the period for which you have paid, without any deductions. The personal information collected at time of enrollment is only used by Driven Solutions for purposed of your Auto Club membership. We do not share your information with any third parties.
