There are several categories and levels of coverage for each Chevron Auto Club membership plan, each with differing membership fees to choose from. You may choose from four convenient billing options: monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annually. You can use your Techron Advantage® Credit Card or Techron Advantage® Visa Card, MasterCard, American Express or Discover cards.

  • Gold Plan membership starts at $6.00/month.
  • Premier membership starts at $6.75/month

You may use your Techron Advantage® Credit Card or Techron Advantage® Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover cards to pay your membership dues. To change your current billing to a different credit card account, contact the Chevron Auto Club at 1-800-222-0585.

Yes, depending on which type of membership plan you choose and what sort of coverage you select for your Eligible Spouse and Eligible Family Members.

No. You do not need a Techron Advantage® Credit Card or Techron Advantage® Visa Card account in order to be a Chevron Auto Club member. You can also use your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express card as a payment method.

For Premier members, the member and spouse are covered in any vehicle. Eligible children are covered under the family plan. Emergency dispatch towing and roadside service is available 24 hours a day, anywhere in the United States and Canada. Help is just a toll-free phone call away, where a dispatcher will arrange to send the closest participating service provider to your location.

Services that are covered include: An attempt to start your vehicle if it’s not starting, changing a flat tire with your inflated spare, delivery of gasoline/diesel fuel if you’ve run out, lockout service if your ignition key is lost, broken, or accidentally locked inside vehicle. Towing up to 50 miles is free of charge. We also offer a reimbursement option of up to $125 (per occurrence) if members choose to call a towing or emergency roadside service of their choice.
